Marion Thews

Marion Thews holds an MSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology (Neuroscience) from the University of Heidelberg, as well as a BSc in Computer Science in from the University of Würzburg. For her bachelor thesis in Computer Science, she worked on a project, which enables scientists to annotate and segment microscopy ground truth data in virtual reality. She joined the Single-Cell Center Würzburg as data manager in 2022, where she will standardize protocols for data usage to ensure reproducibility as well as accelerate analysis.
