Sophie Reichert

Sophie Reichert obtained her MSc in Integrated Life Sciences - Biology, Biomathematics and Biophysics from the University of Erlangen in October 2021. During her thesis, she worked on a RNA-seq topic, using bioinformatics tools to explore transcriptomic differences in root tissue of two sugar beet types. She joined the Single-Cell Center Würzburg at HIRI as data manager in 2022, where she will also focus on the implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and real-time integration of metadata.
