Würzburg Life Science Seminar: Jeffrey Moffit

18.11.2025 17:00 Helmholtz Institute Würzburg, Josef-Schneider-Str. 2/D15, 97080 Würzburg, Germany

We cordially invite you to the seminar by Jeffrey Moffit. The talk will take place in Building D15, room 01.002-004, at 5 pm.

Prof Jeffrey Moffit - "Mapping the microbe-host interface in the mammalian gut with genome-scale microscopy"

The Moffitt lab pioneers cutting-edge spatially resolved single-cell molecular imaging approaches that push the boundaries of in situ 'omics, enabling direct, genome-scale characterization of expression profiles within single cells in intact tissues. In his talk, “Mapping the microbe-host interface in the mammalian gut with genome-scale microscopy,” Jeff will showcase how these powerful tools reveal the complex molecular dialogue between gut microbial communities and their host.
