Prof Vicent Pelechano - "Genomic dissection of co-translational mRNA decay, from decay to diagnosis"
The Pelechano lab focuses on the genome-wide study of gene expression and the development of novel tools for molecular diagnosis and clinical cancer genomics. They combine experimental and computational work to investigate the crosstalk between mRNA degradation and ribosome dynamics, epigenetic heterogeneity and cancer cell plasticity. Vincent Pelechano’s talk is titled ‘Genomic dissection of co-translational mRNA decay, from decay to diagnosis’.
