Würzburg Life Science Seminar: Zhe J. Liu
We cordially invite you to the seminar by Zhe J. Liu. The talk will take place in Building D15, room 01.002-004, at 5 pm.
Dr Zhe J. Liu - “Precision Imaging Tools for Multiscale Spatial Biology”
The Liu lab develops and applies precision imaging technologies to investigate gene regulation and genome organization across multiple scales, spanning from single molecules to whole tissues. Their toolkit includes single-molecule imaging in live cells, 3D super-resolution imaging of accessible chromatin, and deep-tissue highly multiplex imaging of RNA and proteins. These technologies enable the exploration of gene and genome function across a wide range of spatial and temporal scales, revealing new insights into how 3D genome topology regulates gene co-expression programs at the single-cell level. Zhe Liu’s talk is titled “Precision Imaging Tools for Multiscale Spatial Biology”.
