Inspiring scientific presentations, innovative technologies, and engaging discussions characterized the third summer workshop hosted by the Single-Cell Center Würzburg on July 16.
Miltenyi Biotec kicked off the workshop by sharing insights on modern solutions for sample preparation in single-cell analysis and introducing the MACSima and Tyto platforms. Subsequently, Simon Goller from the University Hospital Würzburg presented his research on fixed-nuclei sequencing and single-cell data from melanoma studies.
During lunch, participants had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with the experts. The afternoon session featured the latest developments from 10x Genomics. The event concluded with a session on combining the Xenium Spatial Transcriptomics and MACSima Spatial Proteomics platforms. Practical examples demonstrated the potential of these technologies for comprehensive spatial multiomics analyses.
