Christina Homberger

Christina obtained her MSc in Molecular Biology with a specialization in Microbiology from the University of Basel (Switzerland) in 2018. Afterwards she spent 6 months at Roche in Basel for an internship in the Genetics and Genomics Department and gained experience in various sequencing technologies. In 2019, Christina joined the Vogel lab and is currently working on developing single-cell RNA-seq methods for prokaryotes. Outside the lab she enjoys spending her time on hiking trips, traveling and playing flute.
