Dr Rituparno Sen

Rituparno Sen received his PhD in bioinformatics at the University of Leipzig (Germany) in 2021. His PhD work comprised exploring the human long non-coding RNA transcriptome to describe the functional annotation of lncRNAs. He joined the Barquist lab as a postdoctoral researcher in August, 2021, where he is engaged in analyses pertaining to scRNA-Seq space of bacterial pathogens.
