Jens Ade

About

Jens obtained his MSc in biochemistry from the University of Frankfurt in 2018. For his Master thesis at the Paul-Ehrlich-Institute, he designed nanoparticles to modulate immune responses. He then worked in the Molecular Pharmacology department at Merck developing biochemical assays for compound screenings on oncological targets. In 2019, Jens joined the Munschauer lab where he focusses on characterizing lncRNA-protein interactions, especially in the context of the host response to bacterial infections.
