About

Svetlana Durica-Mitic obtained her PhD in Molecular Biology at the University of Vienna (Austria) in September 2019. During her doctoral studies and subsequent postdoc period in the lab of Max Perutz, she investigated post-transcriptional gene expression regulation in Escherichia coli, with a special focus on molecular characterization of a multifunctional RNA binding protein.
