Parham Abedini

Parham Abedini obtained his MSc in molecular and cellular biosciences from Martin Luther University Halle in May 2026. During his master’s thesis at Medicine University Halle, he worked on the role and regulation of SGK1 in the context of pancreatic cancer. In June 2026, he joined the Ciolli Mattioli lab as a doctoral student. His current research focuses on investigating host-pathogen interactions in native tissue environments. Outside of the lab, he enjoys listening to classical music and traveling.
