Single-Cell Center Würzburg: Workshop Series 2026

This series is designed to provide insights into cutting-edge applications and technological novelties, encourage the exchange of experiences, and strengthen networking within the single-cell and spatial transcriptomics community.

The workshops cover a range of core technologies and add-ons in single-cell and spatial transcriptomics. Each session will last approximately three to four hours and will include both in-depth technical presentation of the respective technologies and a guest lecture by an external speaker presenting independent research. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with peers and experts during dedicated networking breaks. Light refreshments will be provided.

Lunch & Learn

The workshop will begin with Miltenyi Biotec presenting solutions for sample preparation, tissue dissociation, cell enrichment, and sample quality optimization. Following a networking lunch with pizza, 10x Genomics will provide insights into downstream single-cell workflows and recent technological developments.
