Würzburg Life Science Seminar: Adam Rosenthal
We cordially invite you to the seminar by Adam Rosenthal, “Identifying bacterial heterogeneity using probe-based single-cell transcriptomics”. The talk will take place at 5 PM in Building D15, room 01.002-004.
Prof Adam Rosenthal - “Identifying bacterial heterogeneity using probe-based single-cell transcriptomics”
The Rosenthal lab studies how phenotypic heterogeneity emerges in bacterial populations and how it impacts virulence. To investigate this, they develop high-throughput single-cell RNA sequencing methods for bacteria. In his talk, “Identifying bacterial heterogeneity using probe-based single-cell transcriptomics,” Adam Rosenthal will present these approaches and their applications.
