Würzburg Life Science Seminar: Ana Conesa
We cordially invite you to the seminar by Ana Conesa, “Exploring new venues in single-molecule transcriptomics with the SQANTIverse”. The talk will take place at 4 PM in Building D15, room 01.002-004.
Prof Ana Conesa - “Exploring new venues in single-molecule transcriptomics with the SQANTIverse”
The Conesa lab is interested in understanding functional aspects of gene expression by combining a wide variety of high-throughput molecular techniques, including transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, metabolomics, metagenomics and single-cell data, both to model and non-model species. The group develops statistical methods and user-friendly software tools to analyze these multi-omics data. Their current interest is the application of long read sequencing technologies for transcriptome analysis and the integration of multi-omics data to model chromatin-metabolome regulation.
