Würzburg Life Science Seminar: Mark Helm
We cordially invite you to attend Mark Helm's talk "RNA Modification Damage" on December 19. The talk will take place in Building D15, room 01.002-006, at 5 pm.
Prof Mark Helm - "RNA Modification Damage"
The current research focus of the Helm lab is on the so-called “epitranscriptome”, i.e. the information contained in transcribed, process and modified RNAs of a cell. Deciphering the various aspects of the epitranscriptome, in particular of numerous RNA modifications is a driving force in technology development of the group. Applications with pharmaceutical and therapeutic perspectives include analytics of RNA vaccines and recognition of RNA by the innate immune system.
