Dr Natalia Torow - “Neonatal liver niches program T cell tolerance”
Dr Torow’s main research interests are in the field of neonatal immune responses, with specific focus on immune development in the gut and the aim of developing novel vaccination strategies. By exploring novel oral vaccine delivery systems for newborns, Dr Torow and her Early Life Immunity Group hope to reduce world-wide child mortality by enhancing the uptake of antigens in the gut-associated lymphoid tissue.
