Lisa Pfeuffer

Lisa Pfeuffer is a chemical laboratory assistant and was trained at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research ISC in Würzburg from 2004 to 2007. After two years working for the Fraunhofer ISC, she participated in a two years further education for biotechnician at the Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern (Nuremberg, Germany) from 2009 to 2011. She joined the Vogel lab in 2011. Until January 2015, she performed different experiments on multiple projects, mainly worked on cell-culture topics like infection assays with Salmonella Typhimurium and RNA-extractions and supported the Vogel lab in all general works. From 2020 to 2024, she oversaw the cell-culture lab and supported the Vogel team in various routine logistics. Since the beginning of 2025, she is part of the Westermann lab.
