From December 2023 to October 2024, the shell of the new HIRI building is being erected. Before the basement can be built, the ground needs to be prepared, sewer pipes installed, insulation put in place, fresh concrete composite foil laid, reinforcement installed, lightning protection implemented, and ceilings and walls poured. Presumably in May 2024, the working space between the building shell and the excavation slope will be backfilled, making the excavation no longer visible. Throughout all activities, care will be taken to minimize ground vibrations to protect people and animals.
Attention: Deliveries to the HIRI site and other construction work on the medical campus may result in debris on traffic routes.
