Shazeb Ahmad

Shazeb Ahmad received his MSc in 2020 through the FOKUS Life Science fast track program at the University of Würzburg. During his thesis, he developed Expansion microscopy protocols to visualize blood platelets. As a PhD student in the lab of Redmond Smyth, Shazeb Ahmad is excited to use advanced imaging technology to understand the evolution of RNA virus genomes.
