Shazeb Ahmad


Shazeb received his BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Delhi (India). He then moved to Würzburg to acquire his MSc through the FOKUS Life Science fast track program. His previous research focused on the development of alternative anti-mycobacterials through mycobacteriophage therapy. During his Masters, amongst other things, he learned the innovative technique “expansion microscopy". As a PhD student, Shazeb is excited to use advanced imaging technology to understand the evolution of RNA virus genomes.
