Artificial intelligence (AI) can optimize processes and automate everyday work tasks, thereby increasing efficiency. The Sustainable Thursday on July 17 focused on how administration and communication could benefit from AI.
Britta Grigull, Head of Administration at the Helmholtz Institute Würzburg (HIRI), introduced the topic, presented common tools, and highlighted both the potential and the challenges associated with their use. She also provided tips and tricks for working with the programs.
The series will continue on July 31 with a talk by Head of Scientific Infrastructure Tobias Kerrinnes titled “Creating a Sustainable Open Space Plan: The Aesthetic of the HIRI”.
